PAYMENT

All orders must be prepaid in full prior to shipping, by MasterCard, Visa, Certified Check or Money Order (US dollars only).  We do not accept COD orders. If paid by money order or certified check, your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared into our bank.

SALES TAX - WASHINGTON

We are required to collect Washington sales tax to shipments any where within the state of Washington.  Wholesale inquiries must include your resale certification to be excluded.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

 We stand behind the quality of our products.  Please contact us for a replacement or a refund/credit if you are unsatisfied.  We will work to accommodate every reasonable request.  Please note:  Refunds do not include the cost of shipping unless something was shipped to you as a result of our mistake.

 Contact us at 1-866-734-5723 for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to any returns.  This will allow us to provide you with return shipping instructions, track your return and allow us to respond to your request efficiently.  A request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Making payment by credit cards. You will need to have your card present when providing your card information by phone, voicemail, on-line or fax.  Please provide a call back number, the full card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code on back of the card and your billing zip code.  We do not store any credit information in house or keep it on file for future orders.  We do not store any credit information in house or keep it on file for future orders. You will need to supply it each time you order.  We hope you understand that this is for your safety and apologize for any inconvenience.  At this time we do not offer open accounts.

Online ordering:  Ground shipping is included and here are no additional shipping charges when purchasing on-line, unless you have stipulated  over night or other special shipping preferences.  If there are to be extra shipping charges you will be emailed prior to processing your payment of the amount. 

Orders by phone:  Phone order can be place by phone during regular office hours: 8:30 - 4:00 p.m. M-F.  Please leave a call back number if you are directed to voice mail for any reason.  Unless you are an established customer on file and there is no change to your shipping address, we must call you to verify shipping information accuracy. 

Orders by fax:  You may fax your order and your credit card information, along with a call back number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 1-360-604-9964.  You can leave your payment information on our secure voice mail system at 1-877-4Angelic along with a call back number if we need to reach you with any questions regarding your order or payment.

Orders by email.  You can scan and email the order form, or drop us a line with your complete ordering and shipping information as shown on the order form.  Please include a call back number for us to contact you regarding your credit/payment information.  DO NOT EVER EMAIL A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE! You can leave your payment information as explained above on our secure voice mail at 1-877-4Angelic along with a call back number in case we need to reach you about your order, shipping or payment options.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order along with the complete charges and method of shipment and tracking number.  The email confirmation you receive will clearly list the shipping address as we received it.  Please call us immediately if you notice any error.

ORDER CHANGES, RUSH ORDERS and CANCELLATIONS

Change requests and Cancelled orders.  Please be advised that we are unable to change any orders already shipped and/or presently en route.  We do not accept cancellations or change requests by email.  Please call us at 866-734-5723 prior to 3 p.m. PST if you should you have such a need and we will be happy to assist you.

Restocking Fees  Cancelled orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $5, whichever is higher.  The restocking fee on cancelled RUSH/ 2nd DAY orders is 25% or a minimum of $10 plus the RUSH fee.

In-House Rush  (IHR) Order expediting can be requested for an additional fee of $7, providing the items ordered are in stock.  For next day or second-day shipping, the order and In-House Rush (IHR) request must both be received by 3 p.m. PST to guarantee next day shipment. Over night shipping charges will be added to the $7 IHR fee. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND BACK ORDERS

We work hard to ensure we have enough stock for our customers.  Occasionally an item may be out of stock.  We will call you if we discover any delay in completing your order timely and to request instructions regarding a back-order prior to shipping the rest of your order.  We will not charge an In-house Rush fee (IHR) if an item is unavailable and we will give you the option to cancel your order without penalty.

SHIPPING

Ground shipping is included.  We ship only to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada.  We are happy to accommodate shipping to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses by using Priority mail and insured.  Additional charges will apply.

DHL or UPS ground are our preferred shipping vendors and these methods of ground shipping are included at no charge.  However you can specify DHL over night or 2nd day, Fed-X next-day or 2nd day, or UPS next-day or 2nd day, USPS priority or Express mail for an extra fee.  If there are to be extra shipping charges you will be emailed prior to processing your payment.

Most orders ship within 48 hours or sooner from the receipt of your order and the processed payment. Please take this into consideration when contemplating using express shipping.  Please note, we observe all Federal Holidays.

We require a signature to verify receipt of shipment.  Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred 1) if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it.  Most carriers charge an additional fee if the shipment is dropped off at any location other than that specified on the form or 2) for any incorrect information that is supplied by the customer within the Ship-To area of the order form.  Carriers charge up to $5 per box for incorrect information.  We reserve the right to charge for these fees as soon as we are notified.  3) If you have requested over night or have other special shipping requests. 

DAMAGED GOODS

Do not accept damaged goods from the carrier.  All orders leave our warehouse carefully packaged and sealed.  The carrier is responsible for merchandise while is transit.  If a package arrives damaged, the receiving customer must file a claim with the carrier within 10 days.  If you have accepted the delivery and the damage was hidden, keep ALL original packaging materials and contents for inspection by the carrier.  Notify us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your claims.

LARGE ORDERS and CUSTOM ORDERS

Please contact the Sales department directly to discuss large orders, lead times, design quotes and shipping options. 

Custom orders are not returnable.  However, damaged items will happily be replaced.  Please notify us with 10 business days or sooner of any items damaged, even if you have filed a claim against a shipping carrier.

HANDLING CHARGES

Handling charges are only added to custom or large orders.  We want your order to arrive in excellent shape and take extraordinary care with our packaging due to the fragile nature of our products.  Even though packaging expenses can be extensive to ensure safe delivery, our intent is charge no more than is required to complete shipment. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Angelic Happiness LLC or any of its subsidiaries will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.  We protect your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized experience.  We will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.  We do not share ANY of your information with any one. 

Angelic Happiness LLC does not knowingly solicit data or market to anyone under 18 years of age.

Angelic Happiness LLC has instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure and responsible manner.   We do not store any credit information in house or keep it on file for your protection.
