ORDERING PROCEDURES

Credit Card Payment: You will need to have your Pay-Pal information or credit card present when ordering online, by email or fax. Please provide a call back number, card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code and your billing zip code each time you order.

Orders by phone: Phone order can be place by phone during regular office hours: 8:30 - 4:00 p.m. M-F. Please leave a call back number if you are directed to voice mail for any reason and we will call you back to complete your order accurately.

Orders by fax: You may safely fax your order and your credit card information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 1-360-604-9964. Please include a call back number so we can verify your shipping address, card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code and your billing zip code or your order cannot be completed successfully.

Orders by email. You can drop us a line with your complete order and shipping information as shown on the order form. Please include a call back number for us to contact you regarding your credit/payment information.do not ever email a credit card number to anyone!  We will call you back to obtain payment and confirm shipping arrangements.

Order confirmation and tracking. You will receive an email confirmation listing your purchase(s), shipping fee, method of shipment.  The email confirmation you receive will clearly list the shipping address as we received it, so please be very accurate when supplying your email address. Please call us immediately if you notice any error.  If you haven't received an email from us within 5 business days please call us to ensure we have received your order. An email with your shipment tracking number will be sent to you separately.

ORDER CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS
Change requests and Cancelled orders. Please be advised that we are unable to change or cancel any orders already delivered or presently en route. We do not accept cancellations or change requests by email. Please call us at 866-734-5723 prior to 3 p.m. PST if you should you have such a need.

SHIPPING

 Priority USPS Mail or UPS ground are our preferred methods of shipping for the contiguous 48 states.  Standard Air or freight charges apply to all other destinations.  Orders over 30 pounds sent as freight.

Shipping charges:    On-line orders under 30 pounds are shipped free of charge in the contiguous 48 states.  Freight and handling charges apply to orders exceeding 30 pounds or for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada and any optional method of ordering. You may specify 2nd-day shipping and we will charge the additional fees separately prior to shipping your order.  If you need to know how much the additional shipping will be, please mention that during checkout and we will email the amount to you.

Signature required:  We require a signature to verify receipt of shipment. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred if a package is returned as undeliverable, for providing an incorrect address or left at alternate location from scheduled address.  We reserve the right to charge for these fees as soon as we are notified.  We will notify you by email is such a situation occurs.

PRIVACY POLICY
We never sell, distribute or divulge any of your personal information or email address with any one.  We only collect what is needed to complete your order successfully.  By purchasing from us online it is assumed that we have permission to send you company emails occasionally.  You can opt out at any time. 
 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a money back guarantee. You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. If your order appears damaged in shipment, please call us immediately and save all packaging materials as a claim may be filed against the shipping carrier for damages.  Please note:  Refunds do not include the cost of shipping unless the shipment was our error.  Please follow instructions and use our products as they were intended.  We are not responsible for results or damages from product misuse whether intentional or not.

Contact us at 1-866-734-5723 for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to any returns. This will allow us to provide you with return shipping instructions, and allow us to respond to your request efficiently and accurately.

SALES TAX - WASHINGTON

We are required to collect Washington sales tax to shipments any where within the state of Washington.

TERMS OF SALE
We sell only in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada.  All orders must be prepaid in full prior to shipping, by MasterCard, Visa, or Pay Pal. (US dollars only).  We do not accept checks or COD orders.
